The Story
Acious Media crew have been proud partners of Buni Media, documenting most of their XYZ Mtaani initiative shows. XYZ Mtaani brings the beloved political satire show XYZ to communities across Nairobi, combining live puppet performances with community dialogues on governance, accountability, the constitution, and human rights.
Our team was tasked with capturing the energy and impact of these events, from the humor and wit of the puppet shows to the passionate discussions among community members. Through videography and photography, we documented the laughter, debates, and moments of connection that make XYZ Mtaani a powerful tool for civic education and social change.
Beyond XYZ Mtaani, our team has been called on other projects, providing filming, editing, and post-production services to support their mission of promoting social justice and participatory governance.
